What we collect
Information you submit through our contact and quote-request forms (name, company, phone, email, facility address, project notes). Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, page accessed, timestamp) for security and aggregate analytics. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, scope a project, deliver services, issue invoices, and provide warranty and maintenance support. We do not sell or rent your information.
Cookies
We use a minimal set of first-party cookies to remember your cookie preferences and (optionally) anonymized site analytics. You can decline non-essential cookies via the banner shown on first visit.
Retention
Inquiry data is retained for up to 24 months unless you request earlier deletion. Project records (contracts, drawings, COIs) are retained for the duration required by California construction law and our insurer.
Your rights
California residents have the right under the CCPA/CPRA to request access to, deletion of, or correction of personal information we hold. Email ops@radsb.com with the subject "Privacy Request" and we will respond within 45 days.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
