Predictable delivery, from site walk to warranty.
Six stages, one project lead, no surprises after signing. Here's what working with us looks like — start to finish.
Site walk & scope
We come to your facility, walk the dock face or proposed mezzanine footprint with your operations lead, measure, photograph, and ask the questions that change the design — trailer mix, shift pattern, sprinkler coverage, future capacity.
Engineering & proposal
Stamped structural drawings, equipment specs, and a fixed-price, line-itemed proposal. Payment milestones tied to deliverables. No open T&M. Typical turnaround: 5–10 business days from the site walk.
Permits & pre-construction
We pull permits, lock in long-lead equipment, issue COIs with additional-insured endorsements, and submit a mobilization schedule that respects your shift calendar. A single project lead owns the schedule from this point forward.
Self-perform field work
Crews are RADSB W-2 employees, not pass-through subs. Daily JHA, weekly safety walks, and per-shift coordination with your facility supervisor. We keep the site operational unless you've asked us not to.
Punch & commissioning
Equipment is commissioned with the manufacturer's checklist on file. We walk the punch list with you, close every item, and hand over a digital project binder: drawings, COIs, warranties, and PM recommendations.
Warranty & maintenance
Workmanship warranty of one year minimum, with equipment OEM warranties on top. Most clients move into a quarterly PM contract after the first year — the same lead, the same crew, the same paperwork.

Tell us about your facility and timeline. We'll review the site, line up the engineering, and come back with a clear, line-itemed proposal.
